Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Please read these terms before buying a PH2EU service. They explain the scope of our assistance and the responsibilities of both parties.
1. Our service
PH2EU provides administrative visa-application assistance, including checklists, document guidance, consultations and, where included in the selected package, supporting-document preparation and travel-planning materials. We are not an embassy, consulate, government authority or immigration law firm.
2. No visa guarantee
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or visa centre. PH2EU cannot guarantee approval, a processing time, an appointment, entry to a country or any particular outcome. We may advise that an application should be postponed or strengthened when the information available indicates low prospects of approval.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and authentic information and documents. You remain responsible for checking every form, booking, document and statement before submission. Do not submit false, altered or misleading information. You must inform us promptly if your circumstances change.
4. Fees and third-party costs
Our service fee is shown before payment and covers only the PH2EU package selected. Embassy, visa-centre, insurance, travel, accommodation, courier and other third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
Paid PH2EU service fees are non-refundable once payment is made, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. An embassy or consular rejection, a change of travel plans, delayed processing, missing documents or a decision not to apply does not create a right to a refund.
6. Consultations and full guidance
Video consultation packages provide information and a personal checklist for a do-it-yourself application. Full guidance – stress free includes the items stated on the checkout page. Availability of specific items may depend on the destination, travel plan and documents supplied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PH2EU is not liable for visa refusals, delayed decisions, missed appointments, third-party fees, travel changes, lost opportunities or losses resulting from a government or third-party decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy and confidential documents
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By uploading documents, you confirm that you are authorised to provide them for your visa-preparation file.
9. Contact and complaints
Please contact [email protected] first with a question or complaint so we can try to resolve it promptly.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms for future services. The version published on this page applies to new purchases from its publication date.
